Days of Mindfulness is a national initiative focused on mental well-being through creativity, mindfulness, digital wellness, and community connection. Days of Mindfulness responds by creating immersive experiences that foster connection, reflection, and storytelling. The program recognizes the gaps in youth-centered mental health resources and community care outside of clinical settings, offering an inclusive, community-based alternative.

A Virtual Sisterhood for Girls of Color

ASL is designed to bring pre-teens JOY. Led by high schoolers. We’ll focus on building self-esteem, improving wellness, and having open conversations about topics like self-love, school pressures, authenticity, and making a difference.

Recognizing the limitations of existing social spaces, ASL will step in to feed our souls where other social spaces have failed to do so.
